HERCULES is the result of an extensive R+D effort, supported by Aries’ 13 years of experience in UAV launching technology. The pneumatic launcher HERCULES allows for UAV/UATs to be launched at weights up to 500 kg and with launching speeds up to 65 m/s.

The achieved financing for the project rises to EUR 275 million. The technology developed by Aries positions the company as the standard of international efficiency in the development of concentrated solar power projects.

Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas, a company specializing in developing Unmanned Systems, presented its newest tailor-made solutions for unmanned vehicles and aircrafts at the UNVEX´10 trade show, celebrated in Madrid. The Spanish Secretary of Defense, Constantino Méndez, visited Aries´ stand and was attended to by Roberto Fernández, the general director of the company, and Ladislas G. Freire, the director of the Security and Defense division.

Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas, a leading engineering company that offers proven expertise through the entire renewable energy value chain, has been commissioned from two relevant Indian developers to conduct the feasibility analysis to build two 50 MW concentrated solar power plants (CSP) in India.

The company will operate in China through a representative office in Shanghai to serve its growing portfolio of Chinese and Asian clients. With this new office, Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas strengthens its international presence.
