Madrid, October 10th, 2011 – Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas, a leader in acoustic and vibration solutions, will head to Cáceres to attend this year’s edition of Expoacústica. The fair will take place in the San Francisco Cultural Complex (Cáceres) from the 26th to the 28th of October. The newest acoustic testing equipment, such as the portable acoustic camera ACVS200, which combines holography and beamforming for the localization and identification of aerodynamic and mechanical noise sources, will be on display at the company’s stand, optimally located at booth number 15.

The ACVS200 Acoustic Video System captures a noise map in real time, which visualizes the origin and madnitude of the source in a full color scale. The LCD touch-screen both displays the information and controls the equipment. The frequency of the sample is 100 kHz in the continuous mode and up to 192 kHz when taken in 30 second intervals. The data and video recording are simultaneous. During post-processing, analyses can by done in octaves, thirds of an octave, FFT and waterfall diagrams or orders. Likewise, the dynamic rance can be adjusted manually or automatically. The ACVS200 is especially recommended for the automotion,

aerospace, naval, and railway sectors.

The acoustic camera is light and easy to use, with total dimensions not exceeding 55 cm in length by 55 cm in width, allowing for excellent manouverability.
