Madrid, February 10^th – Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas, a Spanish company with expertise in renewable energy solutions, has formed a partnership with Tianwei Solution, an affiliate of China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC), a major Chinese conglomerate, to provide EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services for PV power projects worldwide.

The two companies offer a value added solution integrating Aries’ market knowledge, global presence and engineering expertise and Tianwei Solution’s industrial capabilities and financial resources.

Aries will provide all project management, engineering and construction/commissioning supervision services along with specific balance of plant equipment supply while Tianwei Solution will provide financial backing and construction/erection services in addition to supplying PV panels and other select equipment.
